Stretch and Mobilize

Mobility is defined as, “the ability to move or be moved freely and easily.” Solid Personal Trainers are expert teachers of stretch and mobility techniques which allow your body to move more freely and easily than you ever thought possible.  We “Make the Invisible, Visible,” by identifying problematic muscles and joints you never knew needed attention.

Our Stretch and Mobility Techniques:

  • Decrease tension in any area of the body which is limiting your movement and overall performance during exercise and life
  • Allow you to activate and engage the biggest muscle groups more effectively, which is key in burning fat and gaining strength
  • Increase your ability to move all muscles and joints with as much power and force as possible
  • Decrease cranial, neck, shoulder, elbow, back, hip, knee, and ankle pain
  • Correct postural issues, which most people tend to have due to prolonged periods of sitting in cars and desk chairs
  • Decrease stress and anxiety, as psychological/emotional stress is held in tight, immobile areas of the body
