Solid nutrition coaches dedicate their time to ensuring you have a firm grasp of what healthy eating is, and understanding how to work with your individualized dietary needs and lifestyle demands. They do more than tell you what to eat and when to eat it – they explain the why. At Solid, we believe education is the most important factor in establishing new habits and achieving your goals. We also believe that eating should be an enjoyable experience, not a stressful one.
Whether you’ve never read a nutrition label or you’ve failed to adopt a sustainable lifestyle diet in the past, Solid will guide you in achieving the change you need.
What we’ll do for you:
- Teach you what foods to eat and when to eat them
- Structure your macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, fats)
- Show you how to keep track of your food in the most efficient way possible
- Instruct you on correct portion control
- Come to your home and cook for you, which can be done a couple of times or on a semi-regular basis
